Alignment Station
This is a truly unique alignment machine. Blue Tooth communication
and battery power make this machine completely wireless.
It will align any vehicle, anywhere, at the push of a button. It is equipped
with a remote control feature, so you can sit in the cab and operate the
equipment.

JOSAM Laser AM is an accurate and reliable system for analysis of
wheels, axles and frames on heavy-duty vehicles.
Its battery powered lasers and alloy construction makes it durable
and easy to operate. The laser AM system is ideal for "on the road" mobile
alignments.
Toe-Cam Dynamic Wheel Alignment
The first dynamic wheel alignment system for all truck and trailer
axles.
Toe-cam is designed for the heavy vehicle industry and the tough and demanding
conditions associated with production.
The alignment procedure is a simple three step process. A complete truck can be
measured in a matter of minutes. Measurements are taken and calculated
automatically as the vehicle is driven forward less than one wheel revolution.

Play Detectors
JOSAM offers unique tools to diagnose wear and tear on suspension and steering
systems. To obtain reliable results when carrying out wheel and axle measuring
on vehicles, it is essential to first check for excessive play. The new play
detectors from JOSAM do this job in a matter of minutes. The play detectors are
simple to install and are secured in place by three expansion bolts.

Josam's floor and pit mounted aluminum frame systems are the quickest, easiest,
and most productive available at any price. A full line of tools and
accessories enables you to repair any frame damage.
Cab Repair Tools
JOSAM cab bench is the most efficient equipment of its kind for straightening
and repairing damaged truck cabs. The JOSAM cab bench is a strong and stable
aligning jig which simplifies cab repair. Moveable mounting points make it
easier to mount even severely damaged cabs. The base of the cab is pushed and
pulled hydraulically into its correct position.
Adapter sets are available for sixty different cab models
manufactured by MERCEDES, MAN, IVECO, RENAULT, SCANIA, VOLVO, DAF, FORD, and
HINO.
Josam press/pull towers equipped with extended hi-reach
beams, a stay and other special accessories assist in straightening and
repairing the cab's vertical frame members and roof section.
Induction Heating Equipment
Mobile multipurpose induction heating system with built in cooling system
JOSAM, a pioneer in the development of heat treatment for axles,
chassis frames and crane jibs, offers a new system with induction heating. This
method is not only reliable and safe but gives a cleaner working environment.
It completely eliminates the risk of damaging cables etc. with an open flame.
Temperature, heated area and heat penetration are easily and accurately
controlled.

Alignment Profit Center
JOSAM's multi-function alignment pit is a real profit center. Equipped with
hydraulic play detectors to diagnose parts wear on the vehicle, it adds instant
credibility to the workshop.
The "super pit 2000" can also be configured as a frame
straightening machine or a double-ended alignment rack. The overall length will
be determined by the application.
The "rolling work table" moves at a touch on roller bearings.
Capable of rolling the length of the pit the work tables lift up to 40,000 lbs.
(approx. 20 tons). Three of these tables convert the pit into a frame repair
area.
